Summer Marou 2013

I wrote this during our summer holiday at Marou in 2013. These are some of my snaps:

I saw this dear little badger in the basement of the strange jewellery/fossil/antique shop in town.

It'd been raining all day. In the evening, when it finally stopped, we went for a long walk. This farm is on the way home.

 I liked these boxes, in Yves garden:

The other day we drove to Cordes sur Ciel and en route we stopped at Caussades, because it said "City of hats" on the signposts.

Eventually we found a small exhibition at the tourist office - these are just a couple of samples. The tiny hate to protect a baby's fontanella is very sweet:

And this is very elegant

I went to a village nearby to see some contemporary ceramics. This one was 50€

We pruned the clematis and the vine. There was a bird's nest in the vine and I made a wreath from some cow parsley
