There's been a plethora of jokes/videos etc. on social media. I took this on my walk on Hampstead Heath yesterday and of course the Women's Pool is shut. HH Association has a notice up asking us to stay local and not drive there, which I've been doing as the streets are too hazardous for me right now. The Heath was better than PH (dogs on leads now) where there are lots of people after 7am.

A has started doing the evening walk which is a huge relief as I always feel very stressed after walking her then due to the amount of people about.

The MacMillan nurse has assured me I haven't been forgotten and I've also been told that thyroid cancer is very slow. I choose to believe all this.

Spoke to P&P on Zoom yesterday which was odd - but rather nice. Normal. I keep telling myself that this will NOT last. And reassuring other people - like Florence, who rang feeling low. Helen of course needs bucking up quite a lot as she may never leave the house as she feels so unsteady. And I've been ringing Cartwheels quite a lot but for the first time in 50 years I've shown how cross she's made me. Twice.

I loved these:
